What You Will Do

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach new audiences.
• Manage and optimize Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Spot trends and create content to boost engagement.
• Helping Content planer to Analyze social media performance and create reports every biweekly and monthly.
• Communicate with followers, respond to comments and messages.
• Create engaging captions for the content.

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree (any major).
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts.
• Proficiency in content performance analysis, copywriting, and posting on Instagram & TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of short-form video content creation.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, data analysis).
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and target.
