Develop, schedule, and publish content (text, visuals, and videos) across Bungasari's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business performance.
Prepare content calendars and execute social media strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Adapt content to each platform's audience characteristics, trends, and algorithms.
Manage audience interactions by monitoring channels and responding professionally to build engagement and loyalty.
Analyze social media performance and optimize content and campaigns based on data and insights.
Communicate Bungasari's brand story creatively and consistently across all platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
Minimum 3 years of experience managing corporate or business social media accounts
Creative, with strong skills in graphic design, video shooting & editing, and copywriting
Passion for food or baking is a plus
Good visual sense and strong graphic design taste
Willing to work outside office hours and on weekends when required for events
Willing to work under a third-party contract (outsourcing)
