Responsibilities & Duties:
- Keep up with the latest TikTok trends and create out-of-the-box or eccentric ideas that grab attention and spark engagement.
- Build genuine connections with followers by responding to comments, joining trending challenges, and maintaining an authentic brand presence.
- Develop creative concepts and a posting strategy that bring fresh, fun, and unexpected energy to every TikTok video.
- Collaborate with the creative team, PR, KOLs, and other stakeholders to produce engaging, relatable, and shareable TikTok content.
- Track performance metrics, identify what clicks with the audience, and use insights to refine and elevate our TikTok presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 13 years of relevant work experience required.
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong visual literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
