Location: Pos Pengumben, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our growing team at Kleative. You'll be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, ensuring high-quality creative execution, and analyzing performance to keep our social media presence fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competitive content ideas and structured posting plans for Instagram and TikTok.
• Oversee and ensure high-quality execution of content production (photoshoots, video shoots, and final artwork).
• Collaborate closely with Kleative team, talents, and the production crew to deliver standout campaigns.
• Analyze social media insights and performance reports to optimize future content and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in managing social media platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong creative sense with excellent visual and storytelling taste.
• Passionate about creating visually appealing and impactful content.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
