Job Description

1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
2. Create, curate, and manage viral engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
3. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform content creation and strategy.
4. Foster community engagement by respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online community.
5. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team on cross-channel initiatives, including product launches and promotions.
7. Stay updated with the latest tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure effective content creation and innovation
8. Analyze social media performance metrics through bi-weekly and monthly reports to drive evaluation and strategic improvements.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
2. 12 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms or digital campaigns.
3. Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and basic content creation (images/videos).
4. Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
5. Up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
6. Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to deliver quality content fast.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and improve strategy based on data.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced team environment.
