As a Social Media Specialist, You Will
- Content Strategy & Creation: Planning and managing social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement. Creating posts with images, videos, and captions that reflect the brands tone and goals.
- Campaign Management: Running campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions. Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging and reviewing results for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring & Research: Staying updated with social media trends, tools, and competitor activities. Adjusting strategies based on audience preferences and responses.
- Performance & Reporting: Tracking content and campaign performance using analytics tools. Preparing regular reports and suggesting ideas to help achieve marketing goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management (Instagram & TikTok), with a strong focus on strategy development and team leadership.
- Enthusiastic about the beauty industry; experience in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
