Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We're looking to hire a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Indonesia, to lead all local marketing and social media strategy, and drive brand growth and consumer engagement locally.
Responsibilities include:
Market Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesia market, aligned with global brand direction and positioning.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and campaign planning.
- Build brand awareness and affinity through a mix of digital, experiential, and community-driven marketing initiatives.
Digital & Social Media Management:
- Lead the content strategy, operations, and performance of key digital platforms in Indonesia (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X).
- Drive engagement through culturally relevant storytelling while maintaining Beyond The Vines brand tone and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with HQ to localise content and adapt campaign assets for the Indonesia market.
Brand Activation & PR:
- Plan and execute local marketing activations including product launches, pop-ups and collaborations.
- Manage local PR and influencer (KOL) relationships, identifying opportunities for partnerships that elevate the brand.
- Ensure all activations reflect Beyond The Vines minimalist, design-led brand identity.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the HQ Marketing team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with HQ teams (Design, E-commerce, and Visual Communications) to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimally 5-6 years of experience in brand or digital marketing, preferably with fashion industry and international brand experience and strong hands-on execution in social media.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and local digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc); track record of building social presence and engagement across these platforms is a must.
- Proven track record of executing brand campaigns with high impact and audience engagement.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and content sensibility; creative with strong attention to brand storytelling.
- Strong project and time management skills; ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; capable of communicating and coordinating with regional teams effectively.
