Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Plan, create, and manage engaging content calendars across social platforms: Meta, Tiktok, Youtube
Oversee the end-to-end content creation process including ideation, content calendar development, copywriting for engagement posts (EP), trend research (music, design, and cultural references), and post schedule.
Track, analyze performance metrics and implement A/B testing to optimize content engagement strategies.
Actively collaborate with internal teams (product and customer service) to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that drive business objectives and foster brand growth.
Manage paid social media campaigns and track ROI for ongoing improvements.
Research and stay ahead of viral trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a related role, with a proven track record of managing social media and campaign successfully.
Attention to detail and creative in content planning, management, and delivery across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience in conducting performance analysis and utilizing insights to refine strategies.
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and the evolving social media landscape.
