Social Media Manager & Content Copywriter (Bilingual)

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Copywriter who is as comfortable in a spreadsheet as they are in a script. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that requires a rare blend of strategic thinking, elite copywriting, and professional client management.

What You'll Own
  • The Strategy: You don't just post. You build multi-platform ecosystems. You understand how to pivot content for LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and X just as effectively as you do for IG and TikTok.
  • The Voice: You will craft compelling, sharp, and high-conversion copy in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. You know how to adapt tone of voice to suit different brand personas perfectly.
  • The Backend: You are the engine. From ideation and content calendars to scheduling and community management, you own the workflow from start to finish.
  • The Data: You live for the metrics. You don't just report numbers; you analyze them to find the so what and use those insights to steer the next creative sprint.
  • The Client: You are the face of PLY. You are professional, articulate, and confident when presenting strategies and reports to high-level clients.

  • Who You Are
    • Bilingual Storyteller: Your command of English and Bahasa is flawless. You can write a punchy hook or a deep-dive caption in either language without losing the soul of the message.
    • Platform Agnostic: You understand the nuances of the entire digital landscape. You know what works on LinkedIn is different from what goes viral on TikTok.
    • Trend Hunter: You have a proven track record of creating amazing content. You see a trend coming before it hits the mainstream and know exactly how to make it relevant for our clients.
    • Data-Literate: You understand engagement rates, ROAS, and retention graphs. You use data to prove your creative instincts are right.

  • The Requirements
    • 35+ years of Social Media Management/Copywriting experience (Agency background is a massive plus).
    • Technical Edge: Expert knowledge of Emplifi (Social Marketing Cloud) and native platform analytics.
    • A portfolio showcasing high-level content creation and strategic case studies.
    • The ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
