Partipost is partnering withDear Dahlia, a luxury vegan beauty brand inspired by timeless elegance and modern femininity. Known for our marble-inspired design and high-performance formulations, we collaborate closely with creators and tastemakers across Southeast Asia to build an aspirational and community-driven brand.

We are looking for an Influencer & Social Media Manager to lead influencer marketing efforts in Indonesia, while also supporting social media management and regional campaigns across Singapore and Malaysia. This role blends creator partnerships, campaign execution, and hands-on social media management, ensuring a consistent brand voice and strong local relevance across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns primarily for Indonesia, with support for Singapore and Malaysia
  • Source, recruit, and manage relationships with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle influencers
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: briefing, seeding, timelines, content approvals, and posting
  • Negotiate deliverables and manage influencer agreements where required
  • Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators and brand advocates

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities for assigned markets (primarily Indonesia)
  • Plan and publish content calendars across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Adapt global and regional content to local market context and trends
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and relevant mentions
  • Monitor social trends and recommend content ideas to increase engagement and reach

Content & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure influencer and social content aligns with Dear Dahlia's luxury brand positioning
  • Review and provide feedback on influencer content before posting
  • Coordinate content usage rights for reposting, whitelisting, or paid amplification
  • Maintain visual and tone-of-voice consistency across influencer and brand channels

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track influencer and social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, content quality)
  • Prepare campaign and monthly performance reports
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns

Cross-Market & Team Collaboration

  • Support influencer and social initiatives in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Work closely with regional marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams
  • Coordinate with agencies and external partners where applicable

Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social media management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesia social media and influencer landscape
  • Experience managing brand social accounts (Instagram, TikTok); YouTube is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is required
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, content quality, and brand consistency
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
  • Data-aware, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actions
