  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage daily content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn)
  • Create and maintain weekly/monthly content planning aligned with brand campaigns and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (design, marketing, influencers, agencies)
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt them into relevant and engaging content strategies
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly)
  • Manage content scheduling and ensure consistent brand tone of voice
  • Review insights, feedback, and campaign performance for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • 25 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably handling retail brands
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy and content planning
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance and reports
  • Experienced in preparing monthly performance reports
  • Proficient in managing platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and content scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
