Build and scale our social ecosystem. Plan, produce, and manage content. Keep brand voice consistent. Use data to improve performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
1. Content: Produce IG posts/Stories/Reels & TikTok; write on-brand captions for urban professionals, socially active audiences, and style-conscious Millennial/Gen Z; collaborate with creators/designers.
2. Strategy & Calendar: Own the cross-brand content calendar; balance product, UGC, lifestyle, and campaigns; tap trends; align with seasonal drops, collabs, and events.
3. Community & KOL: Monitor daily; reply to comments/DMs; identify/manage influencers & micro-influencers; surface community insights.
4. Publishing & Analytics: Schedule posts; track reach, engagement, CTR, conversion; deliver monthly reports with clear actions.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. 4+ years managing social & digital strategy; Bachelor's preferred.
2. Strong grasp of IG/TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices; platform-savvy (FB, YouTube).
3. Excellent English writing/communication; sharp design sense and basic design principles.
4. Community management experience; literacy in SEO, web traffic, and social KPIs.
5. Highly organized, deadline-driven; independent yet collaborative; adaptable.
6. Self-driven, strong critical thinking & problem-solving.
7. Proficient in Google Slides.
