Job Description

Role Purpose :

  1. This role is expected to build a scalable Digital & Media function that strengthens Gushcloud's digital footprint, brand authority, and communication excellence while supporting long-term business growth
  2. This role will oversee and manage the Social Media, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, and Partnership functions, ensuring high-quality execution, operational excellence, and alignment across all communication initiatives

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic and Planning

  1. Develop communication strategies and annual/quarterly roadmaps for Social Media, Public Relations, and Partnership functions
  2. Translate business and client objectives into actionable communication plans and initiatives
  3. Identify opportunities to strengthen communication capabilities, improve service offerings, and drive business growth
  4. Ability to connect digital communication initiatives with business objectives, commercial opportunities, and brand growth

Digital Channel and Platform

  1. Oversee social media strategy, content direction, and platform performance across client and internal initiatives
  2. Ensure social media deliverables align with business objectives, audience insights, and brand standards
  3. Guide the team in identifying platform trends, content opportunities, and performance optimizations
  4. Coordinate PR placements and media opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and support communication objectives
  5. Ensure consistent corporate messaging across marketing materials, digital channels, events, and partnership activities
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize communication impact and brand visibility
  7. Experience utilizing AI-powered tools, social listening platforms, digital analytics, and data intelligence solutions to improve communication planning and performance is highly preferred

Measurement & Reporting

  1. Define KPIs and success metrics across communication functions
  2. Monitor communication performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
  3. Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making

Team & Stakeholder

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth
  2. Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Performance, Account, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders while managing resources and resolving operational challenges to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements :

Experience

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional communication project
  2. Experience leading Social Media or Digital teams within an agency environment
  3. Experience managing integrated communication campaigns across owned, earned, and partnership channels
  4. Exposure to full-funnel marketing ecosystem is highly advantageous

Technical & Strategical Capabilities

  1. Strong understanding of Social Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications
  2. Ability to develop communication plans aligned with business and client objectives
  3. Strong project management, resource planning, and operational management skills
  4. Proficiency in communication performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making
  5. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that support business growth and client success
  6. Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  7. Strong ability to evaluate and understand creative ideas, ensuring their relevance to business objectives and strategic solutions
