About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who's equal parts creative and strategic, with a hands-on approach to crafting engaging content and a sharp eye for performance analytics. You'll take ownership of our brand's social presence - managing day-to-day content creation, guiding external social media agencies, and delivering insight-driven reports that fuel growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Monthly Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly content plans for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will tailor the brand's entertaining voice to suit the unique audience, algorithm, and posting cadence of each platform.
- KOL & Influencer Management: Lead end-to-end KOL marketing efforts. This includes identifying relevant creators, negotiating contracts, managing deliverables, and cultivating long-term professional relationships with influencers who align with our comedic brand identity.
- Financial Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and the internal finance team to efficiently arrange, process, and track all KOL and influencer payments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters to conceptualize, direct, and produce high-quality, engaging, and humorous multimedia assets for all social campaigns.
- Creative Campaign Execution: Draft detailed creative briefs for KOLs and internal teams, ensuring that campaigns remain engaging and humorous while strictly adhering to broader strategic objectives and brand safety guidelines.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor digital trends, industry developments, and platform algorithm updates to proactively identify opportunities for real-time, relevant content creation.
- Community Engagement: Oversee community management by engaging with our audience professionally yet authentically, fostering brand loyalty and driving positive sentiment.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track KPIs, measure the ROI of KOL campaigns and organic content, and generate regular performance reports for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in social media management, with a demonstrated focus on KOL and influencer marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media for brands known for a fun, comedic, or entertainment-focused identity. You must possess the ability to balance humor with corporate professionalism.
- Deep, technical understanding of the algorithms, best practices, and diverse content formats of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the organizational ability to manage administrative workflows (such as payment processing) alongside creative execution.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a strong eye for visual design and the ability to guide creative professionals (designers, videographers) toward a unified vision.
- Strong ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and pivot strategies based on performance metrics.
