Keep up-to-date with the market, industry, and customer trends to the customer and nurture continuous improvement and innovation to to keep provide customer with relevant values.
Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve the operational & business goals.
Creating a social media implementation report, competitor analysis, and performance analysis, and creating an improvement strategy for the next campaign/activity/plan.
Monitor social media activity performance, such as SEO and traffic metrics, to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategy and determine the Return on Investment (ROI).
Ensure that all company budgets related to social media activities are utilized effectively and efficiently to maximize output, maintain quality, and support overall marketing objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communciation, Business Management, or related field.
Min. 5 years in Social Media field. Proven 2 years in managerial position.
Relevant knowledge in Beauty & Dermatology Industry.
