Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in West Jakarta. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies, creating and managing compelling content, and optimizing social media performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO). The role includes monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with audiences across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to create engaging content and respond effectively to audience interactions.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies.
  • Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and trend monitoring is advantageous.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies in social media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
