We're looking for a data-driven and creative social media professional who loves video games and thrives on building online communities across multiple languages and regions. What You'll Do:Social Media Growth & Strategy- Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and visibility across multiple social media platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, etc.).
- Manage and grow multi-lingual social media accounts, working across different regions and audiences.
- Define and refine platform-specific strategies based on analytics, performance trends, and regional audience behavior.
- Stay current with social media trends, gaming culture, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant and competitive.
Analytics & Reporting- Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance data across all social media platforms and regions.
- Create regular performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Use analytics to inform content decisions, posting schedules, and long-term growth strategies.
Content Creation (Short & Long Form)- Plan, write, and produce platform-specific content, including text, images, and videos.
- Create editorial-style digital content, such as articles and list-based features.
- Adapt content for different platforms, formats, and languages, ensuring clarity and cultural relevance.
- Maintain consistent brand voice while adjusting tone for different audiences and regions.
Email Marketing & Subscriber Communication- Plan and send regular marketing emails to subscribers (newsletters, announcements, updates, promotions, etc.).
- Use email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, engagement) to optimize future campaigns.
- Coordinate email content with social media and broader marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging.
Community Engagement- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and discussions across platforms.
- Support community-building initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships with players and fans worldwide.
General Marketing Support- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, launches, and community initiatives.
- Contribute creative ideas and content concepts across multiple marketing channels.
What You Have:- At least 2 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts (preferably in gaming, entertainment, or digital media).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, X Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
- Experience creating data-driven strategies based on performance insights.
- Comfortable working with multi-lingual content or global audiences (writing fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience creating both short-form social content and longer digital/editorial content.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple platforms at once.
- A genuine passion for video games and strong familiarity with gaming culture.
Bonus Points If You Have:- Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Background in SEO, content marketing, blogging, or editorial planning.
- Experience working with localization teams or adapting content for different regions.
