Were looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook driving awareness, engagement, and leads for our real estate and investment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Strategy: Create monthly calendars & campaigns for launches, investments, and brand awareness.
• Content: Brief and review visuals (reels, carousels, posts) + write clear, premium copy.
• Community: Reply to comments/DMs, build engagement with investors, expats, locals.
• Reporting: Track reach, engagement, leads, and present monthly insights.
• Collaboration: Align with marketing, sales, and creative teams; work with photographers and agencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing social media (real estate/hospitality a plus).
• Skilled in Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook + copywriting for hooks & CTAs.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Figma/Adobe).
• Data-driven mindset, based in Bali (or willing to relocate).

Bonus Skills

• Experience running Meta Ads.
• Understanding property funnel & investor personas.
• Knowledge of SEO & content marketing.
