Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for brand-aligned creative assets.
Community Management.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active online community.
Identify opportunities for influencer/KOL collaborations and UGC (User-Generated Content).
E-commerce Support
Produce content optimized for Shopee Video and TikTok Shop to increase product visibility and sales.
Work with the e-commerce team to synchronize promotions and campaigns across platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and content performance across all platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion.
Requirement
Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
Min. 13 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or pet industry preferred).
Proven track record of growing engagement and audiences on TikTok and Instagram.
Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and e-commerce content (Shopee, TikTok Shop).
Hands-on skills in video shooting, editing, and storytelling.
Proficient with creative tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop).
Familiar with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Shopee Insights).
Strong copywriting skills with creative flair.
Trend-savvy, highly creative, and passionate about social media, fashion, lifestyle, and pets.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
