We are a digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, and we are launching a new team focused solely onhigh-volume social media content creation.

Our clients are small business owners who are incredibly busy, theydon'thave the time to post quality content on their social media channels. We provide the service to save them time, nothing more than this. That does mean that youwon'tget any content to use from the client so you will have to use your creativity to create the content.

This role ispure production no strategy, no client interaction creating engaging, on-brand posts for small UK businesses.

Role Overview

You willbe responsible forproducing a high volume of creative social media content each week using AI tools for imagery and copy. You must be able to understand a brand quickly, follow guidelines, and generate ideas independently.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organised, and confident using AI to produce polished, UK-English contentthat requires no client input.

Responsibilities

• Produce90social media posts per weekacross multiple industries 20 minutes per post
• Create on-brand AI-generated imagery for each post.
• Write clear,accuratecaptions inperfect UK English.
• Deliver the content to theAccount Manager each monthreadyforclient review.
• Ensure consistency with brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual style.
• Keep content varied, engaging, and suitable for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Work independently to generate fresh ideas for industries such as:
• Van hire
• Mechanics
• Construction
• Accountancy
• And other small businesstypes that serve homeowners
• Meet weekly production deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas without client input.
• Excellent written English (UK spelling and grammar is mandatory).
• Experience using AI design tools
• Proven ability to producequalitycontent at speed whilemaintainingquality.
• Understanding of brand consistency and basic marketing principles.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability toworkUK hours (9:00am 5:30pm).
