What You Will Do:
- Negotiate list price process with external (land owner, building management, community and government)
- Ensuring the land rent price is still within the budget.
- Closing process of all documents related especially Berita Acara Kesepakatan (land owner) and agreement
- Solving community/in field issues
- Joint for site survey with sub-construction Ensure the ground list is within budget
- Process and manage all the issues
- Daily and monthly report for Manager
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree or above in Telecommunications/ Civil engineering/ Law or related field of study
- Have 3 years experience as SITAC Coordinator
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field negotiating lease agreements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field securing community permits
- Able to handle a travel schedule of over 50%
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Creative problem solver
- Have knowledge of basic HSE
