Talent Acquisition & People Development (KARAWANG)

Job Descriptions:

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, as well as manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Design and implement employer branding strategies.
• Design and implement employee development strategies, including identifying training needs and managing employee development programs.
• Develop and implement talent pool and succession planning programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and development programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Development with good results
• Proficient in competency-based interviewing techniques
• Good interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
• High integrity, resilient, and able to multitask
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, Jawa Barat
