Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Sharia agency activation strategies, with a strong focus on Year 1 (Y1) agents.
- Drive the implementation of activation initiatives, including onboarding, early activity programs, campaigns, and activation classes, in line with agency targets and strategic priorities.
- End-to-end coordination of agency activation programs across Recruitment, Training, Sales, and Agency Leaders.
- Identify execution gaps and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
- Monitor key activation metrics, including Y1 agent participation, early activity, and engagement.
- Partner with Sales teams to ensure disciplined and consistent activation tracking.
- Prepare regular activation reports and conduct effectiveness analysis to support data-driven improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency leaders on agent activation matters.
- Build strong collaboration with agency leaders to strengthen handholding and early-stage agent support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to: Agency recruitment, Activation, Business Development, Sales or Sales Support.
- Strong coordination and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple functions.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
