What Youll Do
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to increase visibility and drive high-quality traffic to our sites.
- Build high-quality backlinks (outreach, guest posting, partnerships, media placements).
- Optimize on-page SEO (content, structure, metadata) to improve search visibility.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research in real estate/investments.
- Work closely with marketing team to align SEO with brand strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance using SEO tools.
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience (minimum 3 years) in real estate, investments, or financial niches.
- Strong understanding of link-building strategies and ethical backlink acquisition.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of technical SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (for outreach and backlinks).
- Self-driven, able to deliver results in competitive industries.
