Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Waitress to join our hospitality team and deliver exceptional dining service to our high-profile guests. This role requires someone who understands the nuances of serving VIP clientele in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior food and beverage service to VIP guests and executives
• Ensure impeccable presentation and service standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Assist with event service and special functions as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant or hotel dining service
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency required
• Experience serving VIP guests, executives, or high-profile clientele preferred
• Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
