Join our dynamic Audit team at RSM Indonesia, where your skills will help leading financial institutions from traditional banks and insurance companies to fast-paced fintech startups meet their regulatory, compliance, and business needs.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in conducting financial audits for clients in the financial services industry
- Perform risk assessments and execute audit testing for areas such as loans, claims, premiums, and financial instruments
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and industry-specific regulations (OJK, BI, etc.)
- Document audit findings clearly and concisely, and assist in preparing audit reports
- Collaborate with senior auditors and managers to deliver high-quality client service
Who Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Atleast 2 years of experience in external audit is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Interest in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, fintech)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to travel and work with tight deadlines
