Key Responsibilities:
1.Local Visual Design & Execution:
- Independently deliver high-quality visual design for the Indonesian market, including key visuals, product campaign images, digital advertising, and social media content.
- Translate global brand guidelines into localized creative solutions that resonate with Indonesian consumers.
- Lead and define the visual direction of projects, ensuring consistency and excellence from concept to final delivery.
2.Project Management & Cross-team Collaboration:
- Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with local marketing, e-commerce, and social media teams to ensure unified brand expression across all channels.
- Plan and manage timelines, anticipate production risks, and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
3.Vendor Management & Quality Control:
- Supervise and guide third-party design vendors and freelancers to ensure output quality meets brand standards.
- Provide clear visual direction, conduct design reviews, and take full ownership of supplier deliverables.
- Step in with hands-on design execution when needed to ensure critical deadlines or creative quality.
4.Local Visual Trend Insight:
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Indonesian consumer aesthetics, preferences, and cultural nuances.
- Stay up to date with local visual trends, digital content styles, and competitor campaigns.
- Propose localized design improvements and innovative creative solutions that increase engagement and brand affinity in the Indonesian market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of visual design experience, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or fashion-related industries.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or After Effects is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and solid foundation in layout, typography, and color.
- Excellent execution capability and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Experience managing local creative vendors and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia for daily communication; English proficiency is a strong advantage
