We're Hiring: Senior Technical Lead (Software Development)

At Metatech (PT Trifidia Cipta Korpora), we are seeking a Senior Technical Lead within our Software Development Engineering function to lead the development of high-quality software products built on strong engineering design principles and implementation standards.

Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of software products by ensuring that all solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with sound software engineering principles.

You will oversee the execution of development activities across programming, system validation, and documentation, ensuring that each stage is delivered with consistency, quality, and adherence to engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of software products aligned with engineering design principles
• Ensure proper implementation of software engineering practices across development activities
• Oversee and direct system testing and validation processes
• Guide development efforts related to programming and system implementation
• Ensure completeness and quality of technical documentation
• Monitor and ensure that development outputs meet defined standards and requirements
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and product quality

Requirements (Senior Level)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development
• Proven experience in:
• Developing software applications
• Leading or directing system testing and validation processes
• Programming and implementation of software systems
• Producing and maintaining technical documentation
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system design
• Ability to guide technical execution and ensure development quality

Experience across the software development lifecycle

Salary : IDR 16,000,000 - 20,000,000 (depending on experience)
