Job Description
• Lead and oversee end-to-end loan operations including loan disbursement, documentation, maintenance, and repayment processing
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan processing in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen operational controls to mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams
• Monitor service level agreements (SLA) and continuously improve turnaround time
• Handle escalations and ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead, develop, and mentor the loan operations team
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in loan/credit operations within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle processes (origination, documentation, disbursement, servicing, and closure)
• Proven experience in leading operational transformation or system implementation projects
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong execution capability
• Experience in loan system implementation / migration
• Strong process improvement and automation mindset
• Ability to bridge Operations, Business, and IT effectively
• Hands-on leadership style with strong ownership and accountability
