Lead and mentor the Talent Coordinator (Talco) team to ensure tasks are completed effectively and align with company goals.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support their growth.
Manage hosts, talents, and content creators (full-time and freelance) for live streams and video production.
Oversee profiling and categorization of talents based on skills, experience, and performance.
Optimize talent scheduling for TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms.
Facilitate clear communication between talents and production teams.
Ensure accurate payment tracking and processing for freelance hosts and talents.
Build and maintain a talent database to meet current and future business needs.
Develop strategies to attract, onboard, and retain top talent through partnerships and community initiatives.
Collaborate with production and creative teams to align talent with brand objectives.
Ensure all talent-driven content meets brand standards.
Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing and hosting.
Build relationships with external partners to expand talent resources.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related fields, preferably in the live streaming or content creation industry.
Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative, productive working environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex scheduling and project management.
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Shopee, and related live streaming ecosystems.
Familiarity with content creation workflows and the technical aspects of video production is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, talents, and external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
Willing to work from the office at SIRCLO Studio, BSD.
Flexible to travel or work outside of regular hours as required by production schedules.
