Get to Know the Role
As a Recruitment & Employer Branding, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also developing strategies to position the company as an employer of choice. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to fulfill hiring needs and build a strong, engaging employer presence across various platforms.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for positions ranging from staff to managerial level.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and manage employer branding initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
- Develop engaging content (job postings, social media content, career campaigns) to enhance the company's attractiveness as an employer.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of recruitment and employer branding activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (experience in the beauty industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Creative mindset, with experience in employer branding or social media content creation being a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
- Familiar with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang City, Banten.
