About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Communication to manage internal and external communication, strengthen company branding, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role plays a key part in shaping corporate image, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage internal communication to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across the organization.
- Create content for various channels, including press releases, website, social media, and corporate materials.
- Support employer branding initiatives and company campaigns.
- Coordinate corporate events, media engagements, and public relations activities.
- Maintain relationships with media, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or related roles.
- Strong writing and content development skills (both Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Experience managing social media and digital communication channels.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
