Were looking for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial engineer to join as a founding member of our product development team. In this role, youll have end-to-end ownership of building, launching, and maintaining our next-gen B2B data products for the Indonesian market.

Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Product Development
- Build and deploy scalable web apps (frontend + backend) with modern frameworks
- Design intuitive dashboards to present complex business insights
- Manage SQL/NoSQL databases for both transactional and analytical workloads
- API Development & Integration
- Create and maintain secure, versioned REST or GraphQL APIs
- Handle external API integrations (e.g., validation, billing, government services)
- Develop microservices communication, external and internal API structure
- System Architecture & DevOps
- Contribute to technical architecture for scalability, security, and performance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain DevOps best practices
- Set up robust monitoring and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Product & Collaboration
- Work with the Business Leader to align and implement product vision with user needs
- Solve complex data processing challenges with a first-principles mindset
- Own features from concept to launch in a lean, iterative way
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience, especially in B2B, data-heavy applications
- Technical Skills: Backend: Python (preferred), Java, Go, or Node.js
- Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- APIs: REST/GraphQL, OAuth, JWT, API gateways
- DevOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker/Kubernetes
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
- Data Skills : Data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
- Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization libraries/tools (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Tableau embedded).
- Automation, AI/LLM Proficiency:Demonstrable experience in integrating and leveraging Large Language Models (e.g., MCP, OpenAI GPT series, Llama, or similar) via APIs
