Your role: As our Senior Lead Engineer, youll lead the charge in designing and building the systems that keep our platform running smoothly. Youll work closely with the CTO and engineering teams to architect solutions, mentor other engineers, and ensure our tech stack is performant, reliable, and ready for the future.

What were looking for:

• Deep expertise in C#/.NET You know how to write clean, efficient, and scalable code. You&aposd impress us doubly if you&aposre also proficient in C++.
• Experience with distributed systems You understand the challenges of building and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency applications.
• Cloud-native development Youre comfortable building and deploying services in AWS, whether its Lambda, ECS, or beyond.
• Database mastery Youve worked with DynamoDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, and Redis, and know how to get the most out of them.
• Leadership mindset Youre not just a great engineer; youre someone who can guide the team, make architectural decisions, and drive best practices.
