You will be responsible for implementing the SEO strategy for our clients, including building and maintaining web pages. The ideal candidate is an SEO expert with web development experience, a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute On-page and Off-page SEO strategies across a diverse mix of web properties.
- Conduct technical audits; identify issues and opportunities; implement fixes and updates using SEO best practices.
- Design and layout new websites both technically and creatively.
- Test/troubleshoot sites running live as well as in off-line development stages.
- Keyword research.
- Ensure websites are running in the most optimized way with respect to SEO best practices and response times.
- Report the traffic & conversion progress.
- Work closely with the Operations team to source and develop new and unique web content that will enhance the user experience and drive conversions via organic traffic growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO experience, with proficient knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
- Preferably with a strong background in Digital Agency.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry.
- Experienced in organic content strategy and its SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of changing technology trends and ongoing competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO research and audit tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, & Screaming Frog.
- Ability to multitask, work on and maintain multiple websites simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Outgoing, positive, professional, and organized.
- Solid understanding of building website UI & UX that support increasing organic conversion and customer acquisition will be additional bonus points.
