Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales (Canvasser) to lead and grow our field sales team in Jabodetabek and Bandung. The role will focus on expanding our PPOB business by building partnerships with UMKM communities, and developing them into resellers and aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage canvasser teams across Jabodetabek and Bandung.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire UMKM partners as resellers and aggregators.
- Build and maintain strong networks within UMKM communities, associations, and business groups.
- Drive growth of PPOB product adoption through community engagement and field execution.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background min Bachelor Degree&aposs in any discipline
- Min. 7+ years of experience in field sales/canvassing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in PPOB sales, fintech, or payment solutions.
- Strong network and connections with UMKM communities in Jabodetabek & Bandung.
- Experience in building reseller/aggregator networks is a big plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
