This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Jakarta. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience, with a strong track record in Sales, Business Development, and Commercial Leadership roles.
- Significant experience primarily within the Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Solutions industry (experience predominantly outside this industry is not preferred).
- Proven success in leading enterprise or solution-based sales, including managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop diverse, multi-level teams, fostering high performance and strong collaboration.
- High level of confidence and professionalism in engaging with C-level executives, senior leaders, and global stakeholders, including close collaboration with SHL teams globally.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Educational background can be general and not restricted to a specific major; a bachelor's degree is required.
- Solid experience in account management, long-term client relationship building, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven, and matrixed global organization.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tools is an advantage.
