Maintain and penetrate existing or new customer for Coal Survey Services to introduce company products with close follow up in order to meet the assigned target.
To ensure performance in accordance with standard operating procedures.
To ensure the timely and accurate completion of project/tender activities in accordance with revenue expectations.
To drive technical strategy to satisfy existing and new market opportunities.
To proactively monitor, analyze and develop clients & market share at a high level.
To build company branding and network.
Requirements:
Possess Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree/Post Graduate in Chemical or Mining Engineering, Geology, Management or equivalent.
Minimum 10 year of working experiences as sales management in mining/coal industries. Exposure to operation management is a plus.
Excellent leadership skills, with 7 year of management experiences building and leading a sales team.
Proficient communication in Mandarin is a must, min. HSK 5.
Good knowledge of minerals industry testing, inspection & certification services.
