Job Description

Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports, and contributing to the development of sales strategies and campaigns. The Senior Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, account management, and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and contribute to sales strategy and planning.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry or regional market is an advantage.
