Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring, talent, learning, and workforce challenges.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate terms and successfully secure signed Service Agreements and partnership contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver recruitment, outsourcing, executive search, learning, and consulting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and account expansion.
- Track sales activities, pipeline performance, and forecast accuracy through CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Represent Talent Insider professionally at client meetings, conferences, and business networking events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Consulting roles with responsibility for achieving revenue targets.
- Strong skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Client Acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling, appointment setting, commercial negotiations, and closing B2B deals.
- Strong consulting and solution-selling capabilities with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreements and account growth.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
