As our project portfolio expands globally, were seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager ready to lead major fabrication projects from blueprint to handover with vision, authority, and results-driven execution.
The Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Batam, Indonesia | Type: Full-Time | Seniority: Mid Senior Senior
This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned project leader to take full ownership of multi-million-dollar fabrication projects, working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, production, and client stakeholders.
You will lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring outcomes that are on time, on budget, and on spec, with the highest standards in safety and quality.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the EPC execution of complex, high-value fabrication projects (e.g. offshore modules, process skids, e-houses)
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, track progress, mitigate delays, and implement recovery strategies. Oversee budgets and cost controls to ensure financial performance
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring transparency, alignment, and satisfaction
- Guide multidisciplinary teams with clarity and confidence, promoting collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks by maintaining a dynamic risk register with contingency planning
- Drive accountability and performance through the establishment of KPIs and regular project reporting
- Ensure all project activities meet or exceed safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual standards
- Mentor team members, build high-performance project teams, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Oversee successful project completion including commissioning, final documentation, as-built records, and post-project reviews for continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle
What You Bring
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering or related discipline. PMP certification a strong plus
- 15+ years in project management within Oil & Gas fabrication or EPC environments
- Proven success managing complex fabrication projects >USD100M
- Strong command of fabrication methodologies, materials, welding, and offshore project specs
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced, hands-on yard environment
