What you will do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Set and manage performance marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently across various channels.
- Understand business metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS and be able to calculate this in alignment with budget, KPI and current numbers; able to project for growth of the company.
- Ensure achievement of monthly targets while maintaining CPL and CPA within set limits.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and analyze industry trends to maximize campaign optimizations
- Regularly communicate performance data and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and other product marketing teams.
- Drive innovation within the performance marketing team by staying updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Meta, SEM, UAC, display, etc.
- Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including (but not limited to) actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, optimization per day, etc.
- Be able to use, understand and manage analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and performance marketing platforms, to ensure data accuracy and reporting for quick decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement of performance marketing campaigns through A/B testing, and other optimization techniques.
- Generate comprehensive reports and documentation on the performance of marketing campaigns, presenting insights, and recommending optimizations.
- Have clear and persuasive presentation skills. Understand the presented data, reason of presenting and to whom the data is presented.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (creatives, product, data, business, etc) to ensure all activities have been effectively working along well to achieve business goals.
What you will need:
- Min. Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing within fintech, tech industries, or startups.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing funnels and advanced setup functionality for various paid ads channels.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Appsflyer, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, GDS, Tableau, etc).
- Experience in marketing technology integrations & implementations is a plus.
- Exceptional communications & interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt strategies to meet changing market and industry trends.
- Good level of English proficiency, both speaking and writing, in a professional setting.
