Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (WFO) contract role for aPerformance Marketing Specialist.
The specialist will be the engine of our client&aposs user growth, responsible for the end-to-end execution of performance campaigns. This includes:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:Planning, building, and launching scalable user acquisition campaigns across key channels (e.g., Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs).
- Data-Driven Optimization:Continuously analyzing campaign performance data (CAC, ROAS, LTV) to optimize budgets, creatives, and targeting for maximum efficiency and scale.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Managing the post-click experience, including landing pages and app onboarding flows, to improve conversion rates from click to install to transaction.
- Budget & ROI Management:Managing daily and monthly budgets with a focus on achieving target KPIs for cost-per-install (CPI) and cost-per-action (CPA).
- Collaboration:Working closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets and with affiliate managers to coordinate partner-driven acquisition efforts.
- Reporting & Analysis:Providing regular, insightful reports on campaign performance, market trends, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience:3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing,with a proven track record of scaling app-based user acquisition campaigns(Fintech or E-commerce is a strong plus).
- Technical Channel Expertise:Mastery of key advertising platforms includingGoogle Ads (UAC mandatory), Meta Ads Manager, and a DSP (DV360, TTD, etc.). TikTok Ads experience is a plus.
- Data Analytics Proficiency:Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization. Must be proficient inMMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)andGoogle Analytics/GA4. SQL knowledge is a significant advantage.
- ROI-Focused Mindset:Demonstrated experience in budget management with a sharp focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics.
- Growth Mentality:A test-and-learn approach, with experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Communication:Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate performance insights and strategic recommendations clearly.
