Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Optimizer located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Optimizer will be responsible for developing and implementing optimization strategies, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring that clients&apos digital marketing goals are met efficiently.

• Plan suitable ads for clients in all user journeys (awareness, consideration, purchase, remarketing, up-selling) in 360 ad channels.
• Creating a Media Plan in various budgets.
• Executing the ads, optimizing the ads, and maintaining the ads to achieve the KPI.
• Creating reporting and giving analysis for the next steps for clients&apos ads.
• maintaining communication with the client.
• Collaborate with the manager, to reshape and record the internal documentation of all the projects and create a benchmark of media budget.
• Helping the Product Manager to build internal reporting tools (maidesk).
• Collaborate with the Manager to manage a team. Monitoring their performance and developing their skills as optimizer team
• Reporting all the media spend monthly directly to the Finance
• Experience in online marketing, digital campaign management, and performance marketing
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a senior role within the digital agency industry is a plus
