Role Description

The Senior Optimizer role at MAI is a full-time, on-site position located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Optimizer will be responsible for optimizing online marketing campaigns, managing performance metrics, conducting data analysis, and coordinating with creative and social media teams to enhance campaign effectiveness. Key tasks also include developing strategies for improving ROI and ensuring the optimal performance of all digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Plan suitable ads for clients in all user journeys (awareness, consideration, purchase, remarketing, up-selling) in 360 ad channels.
2. Creating a Media Plan in various budgets.
3. Executing the ads, optimizing the ads, and maintaining the ads to achieve the KPI.
4. Creating reporting and giving analysis for the next steps for clients&apos ads.
5. maintaining communication with the client.
6. Collaborate with the manager, to reshape and record the internal documentation of all the projects and create a benchmark of media budget.
7. Helping the Product Manager to build internal reporting tools (maidesk).
8. Collaborate with the Manager to manage a team. Monitoring their performance and developing their skills as optimizer team
9. Reporting all the media spend monthly directly to the Finance
10. Experience in online marketing, digital campaign management, and performance marketing
11. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
14. Previous experience in a senior role within the digital agency industry is a plus
