Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer - Static, reporting directly to Head of Mechanical & Piping Department to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
About the role:
- Review Project document from the client.
- Responsible for deliverables in his field within schedule, QHSE plan, contractual, requirements and project specifications.
- Ensures the technical deliverables are in line with project specifications, schedule, and within budgeted cost.
- Coordinates with Lead Engineers, Lead of other discipline and project support functions such as procurement and planning.
- May provide guidance to junior specialist engineer on his specific scope within the project.
- Prepare calculation for static equipment.
- Review other discipline deliverable and provide input.
About you:
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 15 year of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer on Oil & Gas Facilities.
- Deep knowledge on using Mechanical equipment design software, ea PV Elite.
- Having experience with offshose project and preferably with FPSO project experience.
- Knowledge of Mechanical codes and standard.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Fluent in English.
