As a Senior Legal, You Will
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts
- Ensure contract terms alignment with business process and scope of work
- Manage legal records and complete documentation of legal papers
- Liaise with external legal counsel on special projects including new business developments
- Provide legal support for other departments on their business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from Law or any related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Legal, preferably FMCG or E-Commerce
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Contract Law, Corporate Law & Governance, Intellectual Property Rights, and Dispute Resolution
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in english
