Job Description

Job Description:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, transactional, and other legal documents related to the company and its partners as needed
  • Identify and conduct legal risk assessments in all agreements and other legal documents related to the company.
  • Assist in providing legal advice in the preparation and review of business documents, including but not limited to corporate communications, press releases, advertisements, marketing materials, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in legal matters related to the company's interests.
  • Comply with legal requirements to government, clients, vendors, and third parties related to the company.
  • Give advice on any corporate law related matter and assist in any legal cases where legal and compliance is needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, majoring in Law
  • Have a minimum 7 years of experience in the related field
  • Strong knowledge in contract drafting, negotiation and other legal related matters
  • Strong knowledge of laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminologies
  • Experience in promoting awareness of legal matters (ad hoc trainings, internal communication, answers questions from business)
  • Familiar with making SOP for legal department.
  • Ability to work with other departments seamlessly and adept to changes in business and/or product.
  • Used to fast working environment.
  • Having a strong leadership background and excellent speaking ability (Indonesia and English) in dealing with other people involved with work.
