Yayasan Pendidikan Universitas Presiden (YPUP) is looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead its HR function, supporting academic excellence and internationalization, with strong expertise in human capital management, employee relations, and higher education HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic HR plan aligned with the institutional goals.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations (e.g., recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement).
- Lead the recruitment and retention of academic and non-academic staff, ensuring compliance regulations.
- Design systems that promote academic excellence, including faculty performance evaluations, development programs, and academic workload planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to support academic growth, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and higher education-specific policies.
- Promote a culture of ethics, inclusion, collaboration, and shared governance.
- Serve as the principal liaison between HR, internal stakeholders, and external regulatory bodies.
- Implement digital HR systems and data analytics to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 5 years in a senior HR leadership role — preferably with an educational institution background.
- A strong willingness to learn about higher education governance and compliance with DIKTI regulations.
- Demonstrated success in organizational change management, leadership development, and workforce planning in complex institutions.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
