Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Senior Advisor (Mining) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Legal Senior Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice on various issues, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves staying up-to-date with legal developments in the mining sector and advising on any legal risks and implications associated with the company&aposs operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the mining or energy sector is advantageous
• Bachelor&aposs or Master degree in Law or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
